Installation method:

At this time, put a thin layer of butter on the inner ring of the bearing, insert the crankshaft into the bearing, and use a tool to tighten the nut from the other end while pulling it. When the crankshaft is about to be pulled into place, you should not use too much force. Then apply sealant on the box and pull the crankshaft into the other half of the box. After installation, the crankshaft is not in the middle of the box, and it rotates very tightly or does not rotate at all. At this time, you can use tools such as the naked eye or feeler gauge to determine which direction the crankshaft is offset, and then use this set of box tools to straighten the crankshaft. Pay attention to the grasp of the strength, not too hard to prevent the bearing clearance from being enlarged.
